HTP conducted its first EB (Eye Ball) on February 7, 2016 at Caltex Sindalan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga with 51 attendees.
This was also the transition of the group from SMRC Pampanga to Hokage Troopers of Pampanga. We could say that this was the day that HTP was launched.
